| All Internet Browsers; such as Internet Explorer, have time out functions. When you login to Jolly Big you start a session on the site, if you session remains inactive for a period of time, normally 5-10 minutes, you will unfortunately lose the card you are working on. Sessions are used for security purposes - especially when accessing sites such as Internet Banking. If you receive a session error while accessing the site unfortunately it means that the card you were working on is lost. The best thing to do is to use your browser's back button and copy and paste the text you customised into a separate document, such as Word. Then you need to access Jolly Big again, find the card you were customising and start customising again. |

| All our cards are despatched by standard 1st Class Royal Mail post from our premises in London. Once the cards have been picked up by the Royal Mail we are unable to control the delivery process, however we will do whatever we can to rectify any delivery problems caused by the Royal Mail. | If you receive an error message on screen after a short wait, try and enter your card details again, making sure you check everything correctly - it’s often easy to enter a wrong number or expiry date (please note that on the site the expiry date field appears before the start date field). If you still have no luck, give us a call or send us an email and we’ll check it out for you – see Contact Us. If you are trying to order outside Customer Service hours, just keep your order in your shopping basket and contact us by email or phone when the Customer Service team are available. “Card Not Authorised” – If you receive this message, don’t panic! It doesn’t necessarily mean you have insufficient funds in your account. To combat internet fraud banks and credit card companies have introduced a series of automatic checks which can easily be falsely triggered, for example if you enter the same number in several times in quick succession this will trigger a velocity check because the system thinks you are trying to hack the card number. Either try another card or leave the cards in your shopping basket and come back to the site at least two hours later to process the transaction. | After we have received your order we print your product from a blank sheet of high quality paper or board. We use the same stocks that are used by most greeting card manufacturers and it meets environmental standards. All products are produced on our Xerox IGen digital press, which is the most sophisticated digital printing press available. | If I ask for the card to be sent back to me will I get a blank envelope with it? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| To upload a photo to our site it needs to be in the Jpeg format and needs to meet the pixel requirements of the space on the card that you wish to upload your image too. The size dimensions for an image upload are always listed near the browse button to upload the image. This size is given in pixels wide and pixels high, and to avoid stretching or distorting your image you need to make your photo exactly these dimensions. We also recommend you have a dpi for your image of 300. If you continue to have problems uploading an image the best thing to do is send us an email that contains the following information- -The email address you are registered under. -A contact telephone number. -The code for the card you have chosen (located at the top of the screen when you are viewing a card in the card gallery). -The image/s attached and if more than one image is attached, a list telling us which image corresponds to each space on the card.
